Job Title: Program Coordinator

Position Summary: AEA West is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our tight-knit, talented team of “Energy Geeks”. The candidate must be passionate about energy efficiency and green building, highly organized, detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.
The Program Coordinator will assist one or more of AEA’s Program Associates and/or Program Managers in the day-to-day operations and process flow of programs directed at providing energy efficiency and building decarbonization services for multifamily buildings. The Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with AEA’s Program Associates and/ or Program Managers who manage and support program implementation oversee and coordinate with technical staff, analyze program and pilot data, coordinate with external parties, conduct outreach and intake. The Program Coordinator engages in project scheduling, marketing and outreach, data analysis, report production, special program projects/ pilots, and database management as needed to deliver high impact energy efficiency and building decarbonization programs. They are expected to be a self-starter, an independent problem solver, and a strong team-player with a customer-service orientation.
AEA’s West Coast office is located in Emeryville; however, we welcome applications from qualified candidates residing anywhere in the state of California.
